GARAGE KIT INSTALLATION ESTIMATES:

If you are preparing a budget for your project or just want to hire an installer, the pricing shown below reflect what licensed installers within the Metro Phoenix, Arizona area commonly charge for assembling our steel buildings. These prices reflect the steel building installation and steel building accessory installation charges only—they do not include permit fees or concrete.
That being said even if you live in states like California, Texas, Oklahoma or Florida or most any of the lower 48 states and choose to hire a local handyman or use a licensed contractor, these prices should be an accurate benchmark for installation cost.

Remember—we can most certainly arrange for assembly of our buildings anywhere within the State of Arizona!

All garage kits and steel building installation prices include standard trim installation.

Many factors can influence steel building installation cost. Some of these include weather conditions, site conditions and the actual size of the building.
Most steel building installation contractors can give you an accurate estimate based on the geographical area of your jobsite and the own experiences regarding the size of the building.
It is always a good idea to obtain a written quote from the contractor before they start installing the steel structure.

Steel Building Accessory Installation Cost

Roll Up Garage Door Install:
$2.25 per square foot of door.
(Example: 16' x 7' garage door equals 252 sq. ft. x $2.25 equals $252)
For garage door height over 10' - please add .25 per square foot of door area.

Sectional Garage Doors:
Installation prices vary depending upon the style of door you select. $2.25 per sq. ft. is in the range.

Pedestrian Door Frame Out:
$70.00 (Standard 36" X 80" Metal Door)

Window Frame Out:
All sizes up to a 3' X 3' - $50.00 with $2.50 per square foot for larger sizes. Example: 4' X 6' window - $60.00. Window installation estimate is for standard aluminum frame dual panel windows found in most home supply stores.

FOOTINGS, FLOORS AND CONCRETE WORK ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE ABOVE INSTALLATION PRICES.

*DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION ARE CHARGED BASED ON AREAS WITHIN A 50-MILE RADIUS OF OUR LOCATION IN TEMPE, ARIZONA. ADDITIONAL MILEAGE OR PER DIUM CHARGES MAY APPLY OUTSIDE OF THIS AREA.
